Loaded with culture, shopping, dining and American history, Alexandria, VA is close in proximity to D.C but feels like entirely different city.  Strolling down the cobble stone streets, you will find endless boutique shops, incredible dining options from casual bars to fine dining, and rich cultural experiences can be found at The Torpedo Factory Art Center and historic Mount Vernon is situated just eight miles south of Alexandria.

Waterfront activities include water taxis, boat cruises, parks and spectacular water front dining. Another popular Alexandria attraction is the Port City Brewing Company, a craft brewery that offers pints, flights and tours.

Real Estate in this popular yet historic district was largely built in the 1700 & 1800’s and varies from historic charm to modern luxury. Often, renovated properties reach the $1 million plus price range which buys you a piece of history and close proximity to all that Old Town Alexandria has to offer.  Other housing options include high rise condos near the King Street Metro and more modern townhouses along the I-495 corridor.
