Meadows at Morris Farm Real Estate Information

The Meadows at Morris Farms was built on the site of a 100 acre farm owned by the Morris family.  The original farmhouse was built in 1857 and is still located and occupied in the community on a hill near the community swimming pool.  The farmhouse itself had fallen into disrepair but was renovated and repaired by Dr. Morris in the 1970s.  After Dr. Morris’ death in 2002, his widow sold the farm to Brookfield Homes who developed the land into the subdivision called the Meadows at Morris Farms.  The Meadows at Morris Farms offers a wide variety of home and home sizes.  Brookfield and Craftmark homes built great properties.  Courtyard styled homes with shared driveways are popular in the community.  There are also townhouse options in the Meadows at Morris Farms and of course multiple sizes of single family homes.  Some of the single family homes offer detached garages and I remember selling a single family home that did not offer a garage.  The pool is charming and the community also includes tot lots and walking trails.  The Meadows at Morris Farms is conveniently located too.

The Meadows at Morris Farms is conveniently located in Gainesville Virginia off of Glenkirk Road. The Meadows at Morris Farms offers easy commuter access to I66 and the Broad Run VRE Station.  The Virginia Gateway Center is also conveniently located with great eating establishments, such as Uncle Julios, Firebirds, and Trummers Wine and Coffee Bar a hop skip and a jump away.  If you prefer the movies, check out the new IMAX theatre or catch a live show at Jiffy Lube Live!  The Meadows at Morris Farms is a great place to live.  Check out the Meadows at Morris Farms Homes for Sale.
